Recognised for delivering exceptional care standards and investing heavily in its people, the organisation is seeking an ambitious and professional Care Manager to deliver a service of excellence to their clients. The on-call commitment is shared between yourself and two other senior leaders within the business, providing a balanced and manageable rota. This collaborative approach ensures you have the support needed to maintain a healthy work-life balance whilst delivering excellent service continuity.
