Your responsibilities will include
Working alongside the Registered Care Manager, you’ll play an important role in ensuring clients receive safe, consistent and person-centred care, while supporting the care team who deliver it.
- Coordinating care staff and client visits.
- Assisting with rotas, scheduling and arranging cover.
- Supporting safeguarding procedures and maintaining high standards of care.
- Building positive relationships with clients, families and care professionals.
- Liaising with Social Workers, GP practices, NHS Discharge Teams and other key professionals.
- Supporting the Registered Care Manager with day-to-day coordination and office administration.
- Providing personal care in the community when required.
