We are pleased to be partnering with an established and reputable Home Care provider based in Slough. Following continued success across Berkshire, the organisation is now experiencing steady national growth and is seeking a Registered Home Care Manager to lead and develop its service. This opportunity would suit either an experienced Registered Home Care Manager or a Deputy Home Care Manager ready to take the next step in their career. You will be joining a supportive and forward-thinking senior management team, with the guidance and structure in place to help you succeed in the role. The organisation also specialises in Live-in Care, offering further scope for professional development and service growth.

This is an office-based role, with flexibility to work from home, on occasion within reason.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop care staff, including recruitment and training
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Respond to enquiries, attend Assessments/Risk Assessment
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Oversee care planning, audits, and quality assurance processes
- Support service growth and maintain occupancy levels
- Manage safeguarding and incident reporting
- Deliver hands-on care when needed within reason
- Be part of a rota’d on-call service one weekend every 6-7 weeks (assist when needed during the week on occasion, within reason)
Requirements:
- Experience as a Registered Home Care Manager or Deputy Home Care Manager
- Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (experience up to or working towards)
- Good understanding of CQC standards and inspection processes
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
