Job Summary We are looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals with Autism and learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality person-centred care and support. Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities. Support individuals with medication as required and in line with training. Encourage independence and promote choice and dignity. Support individuals with community activities and appointments.
