Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to provide high-quality patient care within a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients.
- Assess patients and monitor their health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Work closely with doctors and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Support patients with their individual care needs.
- Recognise and escalate any changes in a patient's condition.
- Follow infection prevention, safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
- Maintain patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Current NMC registration.
- Relevant nursing qualification.
- Previous hospital nursing experience.
- Up-to-date mandatory training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
