- What You'll Be Doing
- ? Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
- ? Supporting residents with toileting and continence care
- ? Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
- ? Helping residents enjoy nutritious meals and stay hydrated
- ? Providing companionship and emotional support
- ? Supporting people living with dementia using a person-centred approach
- ? Encouraging independence while promoting safety and wellbeing
- ? Taking residents on outings, appointments, and community trips
- ? Supporting activities that promote happiness and social engagement
- ? Recording care accurately and reporting any concerns to senior staff

Experience & Qualifications Essential
- A caring and positive attitude

Desirable
- Previous experience in Residential Care, Dementia Care, or Healthcare
- Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Moving & Handling training
- Medication training
- Dementia care experience
