What You'll Do
Key responsibilities:
- Answering telephone enquiries from Trade and retail customers
- Keeping customers updated with marketing promotions and offers
- Updating customers details on Company software
- Identifying the correct parts using Electronic parts catalogues
- Processing orders
- Handling cash and processing card payments
- Serving customers at the trade counter
- Replenishing stock for the trade counter
