About the job
We’re looking for an experienced Reward Partner to shape and deliver reward programmes across Autotrader, working closely with senior leaders and People Partners. This is an important role for someone who can think strategically but also get stuck into the detail day to day. You’ll help shape reward decisions, so they’re data-driven, aligned with our reward principles, and delivered clearly and at the right pace. This includes advising on pay, grading, and wider reward matters leading cyclical reward activities, such as salary review, share awards, benchmarking, mandatory reporting, job evaluation and handling more complex or exceptional cases where needed. Your work will play a key role in ensuring our reward approach supports both our people and the wider business. As part of the Reward team, you’ll provide expert reward input across the wider People.
