About The Role
We’re looking for Account Managers to join our Partnerships community, blending commercial acumen, relationship management, and consultative selling. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, building long‑term trusted relationships.
- Acting as a strategic partner; using insight, performance data, and market knowledge to understand customer objectives and help them achieve measurable ROI.
- Identifying commercial opportunities and recommending the right solutions to deliver growth.
- Delivering customer performance reviews that tell a compelling, data‑driven story, highlighting insights, trends and opportunities for growth.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and customer feedback internally.
- Engaging customers through a range of communication methods.
- Embedding value and managing risk by ensuring customers are equipped with the right products and services.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a B2B account management role.
- Track record of achieving commercial KPI’s such as driving revenue growth, product uptake and retention.
- Strong commercial acumen – able to spot growth opportunities and mitigate risk.
- Confidence communicating with a range of customers and influencing decisions, developing long‑term partnerships.
- Experience turning data and insight into actionable recommendations.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Passion for customer success and digital transformation.
- Strong collaborator, working closely with the wider team to share insights and drive better outcomes for our customers.
- Preferably hold a full UK driving licence.
