About The Job
We are looking for four Graduate Account Managers to join our Sales and Customer Partnerships team. All our graduates start their careers in our in-house academy. We\\\'ll help build your knowledge of the automotive industry, so you don\\\'t need to love cars to work here. Working with our talented Account Managers and Account Directors you will develop commercial insight and sales techniques that are vital to success in the role. You\\\'ll be working with automotive retail customers (B2B) over the phone, Teams and face to face. Like any customer focused sales environment, there are commercial targets and KPI\\\'s. At times, you\\\'ll have challenging conversations. For these conversations your resilience, tenacity and excellent communication skills will be essential. You\\\'ll undertake a number of rotations within the Sales area of Autotrader where you will spend time learning how our different teams operate. Each rotation will help build your knowledge and experience to lay the foundations for your future career at Autotrader. Our graduate programme starts in October 2026.
What We\\\'re Looking For
- You\\\'ll be a recent graduate in any degree discipline (or hold a level 6 qualification) and be excited for a career in a commercial sales role
- You will have a passion for customer service and be driven by achieving commercial goals and targets
- You\\\'ll enjoy building relationships and shaping digital change both over the phone and face to face
- You\\\'ll be a confident communicator with the ability to story tell and influence using data and insight
- You\\\'ll have the resilience to manage difficult conversations effectively both over the phone and face to face
- You\\\'ll have the ability to adapt and learn within an ever-changing landscape
- You\\\'ll be numerate and analytical. We would like to see your capability in collecting, analysing, and presenting data in a meaningful and engaging way
During our application process, you will be asked two questions to help us learn more about you and how you align with our values. These will be used as part of our selection criteria, to determine if we progress your application further. You\\\'ll have 28 days holiday per year, and that\\\'s in addition to bank holidays and half day closures on Christmas and New Year\\\'s Eve. That\\’s not all. You\\\'ll be enrolled in our pension scheme, where our standard contributions are 7% and employee contributions are 5%.
