Autotech Recruit is looking to add qualified vehicle technicians to our contracting workforce. We provide contracts of various lengths for automotive clients including car dealerships, supermarkets, fast fit companies, workshops, councils, and more. Contractors have flexibility to work as many days as they want, earn a higher pay rate than permanent staff, work in different locations, and enjoy greater autonomy.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or time‑served experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a MOT tester, mechanic or vehicle technician role
- Your own tools (top box only)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Ability to travel a reasonable amount from home – the further you travel to work, the better the pay
- If you are an MOT Tester, at least 6 months experience with a minimum of 100 tests carried out
