What you’ll be doing
- Supplying parts to workshop technicians and retail customers
- Managing parts orders, stock control, and inventory levels
- Identifying and sourcing the correct parts efficiently
- Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and customers
- Processing parts enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Maintaining accurate records and updating dealership systems
- Delivering excellent customer service at every stage
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and aftersales operations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to dealership systems and processes
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- Pinnacle experience preferred
- Flexibility to take on assignments as required
