Senior / Master Technician, Aldershot Area, £40,000 – £50,000 DOE

The Role
As a Senior / Master Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining workshop efficiency and supporting the highest technical standards across a varied range of vehicle makes and models.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard
- Completing MOT testing duties where qualified
- Supporting workshop productivity and technical excellence
- Maintaining accurate job records and workshop documentation
- Assisting colleagues with technical guidance when required
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
- Delivering exceptional levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong knowledge across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers and models
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
- Current MOT Tester qualification
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities
- Strong mechanical repair experience
- Hybrid and EV experience would be advantageous, although not essential
- A professional, reliable, and team-focused approach
