Autotech Recruit are recruiting for a growing multi-franchise dealership in Melton Mowbray, now representing four major brands and expanding across a modern 3.5-acre site. We're looking for two Vehicle Technicians at any skill level: Mechanical, Diagnostic, Master, or Auto Electrical.
The Role:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles to a high standard
- Complete eVHCs and accurate paperwork
- Follow MOT/manufacturer guidelines
- Keep the workshop safe and organised
- Take part in ongoing training and upskilling
What You Need:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience (main dealer NOT essential)
- EV qualification desirable (training available)
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Full UK driving licence and a positive attitude
