Im recruiting on behalf of a long-established, highly reputable independent garage in Kenilworth that is looking to add an experienced Vehicle Technician to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes real pride in their work and wants long-term stability within a friendly, down-to-earth workshop.
Hours:
- Mon-Thurs: 08:30 - 17:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)
Holidays: 21 days + bank holidays
The Role:
Working with a supportive team in a well-equipped workshop, you'll be handling a variety of tasks across all makes and models, plus a small fleet of vehicles. Your day-to-day will include:
- Routine servicing and maintenance
- Mechanical repairs
- Diagnostics & fault finding
- MOT repair work (MOT licence beneficial but not essential)
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety
This is a diverse role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and varied jobs coming through the doors.

- Experienced as a Vehicle Technician (Level 3 preferred)
- Capable of independently completing servicing and repairs to a high standard
