We are working with a highly regarded automotive retailer seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their aftersales team.

The Opportunity
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, servicing, diagnostics and repair work, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair work in line with manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify wear, damage, or required repairs
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
- Provide technical guidance and support where required
- Work closely with service advisors and workshop controllers to ensure excellent customer outcomes
- Maintain high levels of health, safety and housekeeping within the workshop
About You
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Experienced Level 2 Technicians with a dealership background will also be considered
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of vehicle safety standards and repair procedures
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
- MOT Licence advantageous but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence required
