Overview
We are seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join a busy and professional automotive workshop in Redhill.
The successful candidate willbe responsible forcarrying out MOT inspections to DVSA standards while delivering excellent service andmaintaininghigh levelsof accuracy andcompliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Class 4 MOT tests in line with current DVSA regulations.
- Accurately record test results and complete all required documentation.
- Identifyvehicle defects and provide clear recommendations.
- Ensure all testing equipment ismaintainedand calibrated whererequired.
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to support workshop operations.
- Maintaina clean, safe, andorganisedworking environment.
- Adhere to health & safety and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Valid MOT Tester Licence.
- Previousexperience carrying out MOT inspections.
- Strong understanding of DVSA testing standards and procedures.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
