As a Technical Trainer, you’ll deliver engaging, high‑quality training that equips technicians with the skills and confidence to work on the latest Global OEM technology.
You will:
- Deliver a blend of hands‑on workshop training, classroom sessions, virtual classrooms, and live broadcasts.
- Develop and update learning content, including new‑model launch training.
- Attend brand and factory events, including product launches and factory accreditation programmes.
- Inspire technicians of all experience levels to be the best in the industry.
This role suits both experienced trainers and technicians ready to take the step into training.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds Levels 1–3, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Have strong technical knowledge – especially in vehicle electrics and diagnostics.
- Are EV Qualified.
