About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician to join our independent prestige and performance vehicle business in Fareham. This is not a standard technician role. They are not looking for a basic service or fast‑fit technician. Instead, they need a highly skilled individual with strong diagnostic expertise, the ability to work independently, and the confidence to take on a leadership role within a busy workshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced diagnostics and complex fault finding
  • Mechanical repairs and vehicle maintenance
  • Use of live data, wiring diagrams, and electrical testing
  • Road testing and vehicle preparation
  • Warranty work and quality control checks
  • Supporting and guiding other technicians
