DUE TO INCREASED WORKLOAD, Autotech Lanark Ltd is a fast-growing vehicle repair shop based in Lanark. We work on a wide variety of vehicles carrying out MOTs, servicing, diagnostics & tyres. A permanent position has become available for the right candidate who is willing to work both as part of a team or independently.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to high standards.
- Replacing timing belts, clutch repairs, tyres etc.
- Inspecting vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, using computer-based diagnostic equipment.
- Repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and resolving defects.
- Carrying out DVSA vehicle testing (if authorised).
- Road testing vehicles to check repairs.
- Maintaining equipment and making sure tools are in good condition.
Training will also be offered to the right candidate.
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Mon to Fri
Benefits: 28 Days Holiday per annum, Company pension, Private medical insurance
Licence/Certification: NVQ LEVEL 3 (required), driving license (required), 10 years experience in trade (required)
