The Vice President Global Talent, Rewards & Organizational Effectiveness, will serve as a critical member of the global HR leadership team, and will lead our global talent agenda, organizational effectiveness, skills & leadership development, workforce strategy, rewards frameworks, and global employment infrastructure. This role will oversee the full talent lifecycle from attraction and development to rewards, mobility, and workforce planning, all while ensuring AutoStore builds the capabilities, structures, and strategic people frameworks required to scale globally. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping organizational capability, strengthening leadership pipelines, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring AutoStore remains competitive, future-ready, and strategically aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global talent acquisition, recruitment, employer branding, and retention strategies
  • Drive succession planning, leadership development, skills building, and future workforce readiness
  • Oversee culture, engagement, communication, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Lead compensation, benefits, performance, and rewards frameworks
  • Design and maintain job architecture, workforce planning, and organizational design strategies
  • Own global mobility, employment infrastructure, and international workforce enablement strategies
  • Strengthen internal capability pipelines, workforce scalability, and leadership bench strength
  • Partner with executive leadership on enterprise-wide people strategy, workforce economics, and long-term business transformation

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a global context
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience across leading global rewards, talent development or related leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in: Leadership and skills development, Organizational effectiveness, Workforce planning, Global mobility
  • Experience building scalable global people frameworks
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and executive stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

Location for this role is Oslo, Stavanger, or Nedre Vats, Norway, or the US East Coast, Germany or UK. Application deadline: June 19th.
