Job Description
- Define and deliver the organisation's HSE strategy and long-term vision
- Advise senior leadership on all aspects of safety and environmental legislation
- Develop subject matter expertise in evolving regulatory requirements
- Act as a visible role model for HSE excellence
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists
- Drive performance through SMART objectives and structured development plans
- Implement new processes to enhance efficiency and operational standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support wider business goals
