棒senior HSE Manager RoleAs our Lè senior HSE Manager you will lead our team with a passion for continuous improvement, shaping and leading best practice in the transformation of health and safety environmental quality regulatory and legislative policies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our brand‐new state‐of‐the‐art automated manufacturing facility.

Our Senior HSE Manager will:

Define shape and implement our HSE strategy and vision

Advise and guide the Board on all aspects of safety and environment legislation

Develop/Expand your knowledge of regulations becoming a subject matter expert

Be a mochten of HSE best practice

Motivate, lead and inspire a team of subject‐matter experts

obligatoire guide and develop your team through SMART objectives and PDPs

Implement new processes and drive change to improve efficiency

Work cross‐functionally with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Our Senior HSE Manager will bring:

An inspirational and motivational leadership style

A passion for health and safety, environmental and quality

An autonomous, agile work ethic

Strong communication and influencing skills

Degree‐level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (science, health and safety, environmental)

NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma an advantage)

Professional competence ideally backed up with relevant qualifications/memberships e.g. DGSA, FPA, Fire Safety Management, ISEP, IQA Membership, IRCA Lead Auditor

Live within 50 minutes commute of Burntwood, Staffordshire (essential)
