We Will Show You How To
- Sell our market-leading products the Autosmart way with a product induction and training programme in the UK
- Develop your coaching skills to become a trusted business advisor and support your distributors and franchisees in Germany to achieve their professional and personal goals
- Grow and strengthen your knowledge and understanding of our marketplace so that you can guide and advise your German distributors and franchisees on how to develop strong business plans
- Organise inspiring and motivational area sales meetings, including new product launches
- Support distributor recruitment and sales inductions
We Will Give You
- Starting salary of circa £41,700 per year, depending on experience - talk to us about your salary expectations
- Salary progression up to £75,000 as you gain skills and experience and consistently demonstrate success
- 12-18 months UK-based training, with a company-sponsored work visa - we will pay for your accommodation and regular trips home
- Excellent benefits package
- Company vehicle provided
- 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days, plus bank holidays
About You
- Fluent German language skills
- Good English language skills
- A can-do, positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- A passion for getting the best out of others through coaching, developing and motivating
- A good understanding of profit and loss
- A passion/enjoyment for field sales
- Enjoy being outdoors, hands on and practical
- Be comfortable with regular stays away from home
