Here at Autosmart we are searching for an experienced and motivated Customer Service and Sales Support Coordinator, with French language skills to join our friendly and professional UK Support Services Team. In this varied and dynamic role, you will use your excellent communication and rapport building skills to support and develop business relationships with our UK franchisees, UK national account customers and our regional business managers. You will have an opportunity to utilise your French speaking skills during busy times to provide phone cover for our UK based French customer services team.
Our Customer Service And Sales Support Coordinator Will:
- Use your exceptional customer service and support skills to provide a world class customer service experience
- Use your French language skills to provide cover at busy times for our UK based French customer service team
- Be our franchisee, customer and consumer first point of contact, answering technical product questions, handling orders, and expertly resolving complaints
- Proactively contact, promote and encourage new national account customers to make the most of our products and services, and support their onboarding process
- Call and provide franchisees with new product information and relevant marketing material to ensure they have the best opportunity to sell our full range to their customers
- Support Autosmart colleagues and team members
Our Customer Service And Sales Support Coordinator Will Have:
- Confident French language skills at A level or degree level (essential)
- Exceptional communication and rapport building skills
- Experience in a telephone-based customer service, customer relationship, customer account management or customer supporting role
- Experience in handling technical or product related customer queries
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- An eagerness for problem solving, improvements and delivering solutions
- Confident IT skills including MS office
- A willingness and comfortable with occasional travel to attend sales meetings and spend time on the road with franchisees
- Up to a 45 minute commute of Shenstone

- Salary of up to £29,000 depending on experience
