Autosmart International is on an exciting journey and we’re looking for a highly skilled National Account Manager who will have an impact from day one. Autosmart International is a multi‑award‑winning manufacturer and franchisor, accredited Very Good to Work for 2 years in a row by employee engagement specialists, Best Companies. A market‑leader in our sector, we are embarking on a significant period of growth following our recent £35 million investment in a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing hub in Staffordshire. With an ambitious plan to increase sales by 50 % in the next five years, our new National Account Manager will be a critical part of achieving this goal.
As an experienced product‑focused National Account Manager, with previous management experience or the desire to move into a management role in the longer‑term, you will build stable, productive relationships with national account customers, both regionally and nationally, in a product‑focused B2B environment. In this exciting new role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of national and multi‑site customers across sectors including automotive retail, plant hire, vehicle rental and waste management.
Working closely with our UK Franchise network and Sales & Marketing teams, you will:
- Develop and grow existing national accounts
- Strengthen strategic relationships at regional and national level
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, margin and customer efficiency
- Act as the central point of contact for all national account activity

About you:
- Has a proven track record as a National or Senior Account Manager selling a physical product
- Is experienced in leading, developing, or coordinating a team of highly skilled national account managers, or wants a role with the opportunity to grow and become a senior leader
- Is confident managing complex, multi‑site accounts
- Enjoys being out in the field, building relationships face‑to‑face
- Is commercially driven, organised and results‑focused
- Is ambitious and motivated by long‑term career growth and management opportunities
- A passion for the automotive sector is advantageous, but not essential
- Comfortable with regular UK travel, including overnight stays per month
