- Visiting customers and franchisees to understand their needs and translate feedback into product improvements
- Monitoring competitor activity and market developments
- Managing product information across internal systems and supporting sales materials
- Helping deliver successful product launches and go-to-market plans
- Preparing insights and analysis for internal and international meetings
What we're looking for

- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across different teams
- Commercial awareness and genuine curiosity about products and customers
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent attention to detail
- An interest in manufacturing, automotive or technical products would be an advantage
What you'll get in return
- Competitive salary
- Structured training and ongoing professional development
- Career progression within a growing, award-winning business
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
- Generous contributory pension scheme
- Non-contributory private healthcare
- Life assurance at three times salary
- Employee assistance programme
- Staff purchase scheme – take home products for free
