You will spend your days hitting the road in an Autosmart showroom, shoulder to shoulder with our franchisees, coaching them to grow their business in 2025 and beyond.
We have a proven, simple, and effective sales model that underpins our franchisee sales coaching methodology. You will use this to show them how to sell our extensive range of easy to use, long-lasting, cost-effective, professional-grade vehicle cleaning products, to both new and existing customers. With a robust business model, with over 45 years success, we know how to coach and develop high achieving salespeople. From day one you will be provided with a structured training plan specifically tailored to you and lots of practical support. We are committed to developing your sales and commercial business skills, while becoming part of Autosmart’s next generation of Regional Business Managers.
Please note this role will be covering the North West region of the UK and will include frequent overnight stays. Candidates must also be based within a 90 minute commute of our Head Office in Shenstone, Lichfield.

What you’ll be doing:
- Hopping on and off franchisees’ mobile showrooms every day
- Energising and motivating franchisees to achieve their goals and ambitions
- Observing and coaching franchisees’ sales skills
- Supporting and developing franchisees’ business plans
- Organising area sales meetings and product launches
- Supporting franchisee recruitment and sales inductions
You will:
- Have minimum of 5 years business to business sales experience
- Find satisfaction in helping others achieve
- A desire to utilise your sales skills in a coaching capacity
- Enjoy being out and about in your role
- Be an excellent communicator
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Love all things Automotive
