THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle refinishing work, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
- Prepare vehicles and panels for the painting process
- Carry out high-quality paint spraying and refinishing
- Complete preparation, masking and finishing work
- Achieve accurate colour matching and consistent paint finishes
- Inspect completed work to ensure required quality standards are met
- Complete repairs efficiently and within agreed timescales
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and workmanship
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician
- Proven experience within an automotive Bodyshop environment
- Strong vehicle refinishing and paint preparation skills
- Good understanding of modern paint systems and refinishing techniques
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team
