THE ROLE
As a Bodyshop Parts Assistant, you will support the efficient management and supply of parts required for vehicle repairs, helping ensure technicians have the correct parts available when needed.
- Assist with ordering and sourcing vehicle parts
- Check parts against vehicle repair requirements
- Receive, inspect and organise incoming parts
- Maintain accurate parts records and stock levels
- Liaise with suppliers regarding parts availability and deliveries
- Support technicians and the wider Bodyshop with parts requirements
- Keep the parts area organised and maintain good housekeeping standards
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in an automotive parts or Bodyshop environment
- Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to check parts accurately against repair requirements
- Good communication and supplier liaison skills
- Reliable, organised and able to work efficiently
- Professional approach with good attention to detail
