We have a vacancy for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic to join a busy HGV workshop in Wednesbury.
Days, flexible (45 hours per week)
HGV Technician Salary = £49,140 per year (£21 per hour)
The HGV Technician Role
- Diagnose, service and repair trucks, trailers and heavy commercial vehicles
- Find and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults
- Carry out inspections, safety checks and MOT preparation
- Complete job cards and workshop records accurately
HGV NVQ Level 3 qualification (Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair)
IRTEC licence
- Truck and trailer experience as an HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic
- £49,140 a year based on a 45-hour week
