The Role
As an MOT Tester, you'll play a key role in ensuring every vehicle meets the highest standards of safety and compliance while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Carrying out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards
- Completing servicing, maintenance and repairs where required
- Communicating test results and repair requirements with the Service and Workshop teams
- Carrying out quality inspections to manufacturer standards
- Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop documentation
- Keeping up to date with manufacturer and DVSA requirements
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop environment
- Delivering a first-class customer experience
We're looking for someone with
- Valid MOT Tester Licence
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Previous experience as an MOT Tester, Vehicle Technician or Service Technician
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
