THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on customer vehicles
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults efficiently
- Completing repairs accurately and to manufacturer standards
- Carrying out vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required
- Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and health & safety regulations
- Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation
- Working closely with Service Advisors and colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Maintaining high levels of workshop efficiency without compromising quality
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, or Automotive Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- EV/Hybrid knowledge is desirable but not essential
- MOT Tester Licence advantageous but not essential
- Ownership of your own tools and toolbox
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
