A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and continuously developing workshop in the Stourbridge area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled Vehicle Technician looking to join a supportive team environment with ongoing training, career development and a genuine work‑life balance with no weekend working.

  • Basic Salary: Up to £34,000 depending on experience; OTE: £40,000+
  • Location: Stourbridge
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm; NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work to a high standard
  • Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment and technical data
  • Completing mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately
  • Conducting inspections and vehicle health checks
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer and safety standards
  • Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation
  • Supporting workshop efficiency and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
  • MOT Licence beneficial but not essential
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Own tools and toolbox required
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
  • Right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available
