THE ROLE
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs at customer locations while providing an exceptional level of customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer care
- Managing your own daily schedule and workload effectively
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer and health & safety standards
- Maintaining accurate job records and repair documentation
- Representing the business professionally at all customer sites
- Providing technical advice and support where required
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (essential)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
