Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic Salary | OTE Up to £45,000 (Efficiency Bonus)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm | Saturdays 8:00am - 12:30pm (Rota)

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs while ensuring every vehicle is completed to the highest manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work on a wide range of vehicles
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Completing engine, transmission, braking and suspension repairs
  • Carrying out vehicle health checks, inspections and MOT preparation
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards
  • Accurately completing workshop documentation and job cards
  • Working closely with the workshop team to deliver outstanding workmanship and customer satisfaction

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
  • Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with dealer diagnostic equipment or Hybrid & EV vehicles would be advantageous but not essential
  • Your own tools and toolbox
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and as part of a busy workshop team
