Responsibilities
- Arranging Service Department bookings.
- Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
- Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor within a Main Car Dealership.
- Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
- Previous experience Upselling.
- MUST HAVE Full manual UK Driving License – Subject to drivers check.
