- Arranging Service Department bookings.
- Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
- Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
- Overseeing the Service Team.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service score.
Skills and Qualifications of a Senior Service Advisor:
- Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor.
- Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
- Previous experience Upselling.
- Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check.
