THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle paint and refinishing work to a high standard, with a focus on quality, preparation and attention to detail.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint application
- Carry out vehicle paint spraying and refinishing work
- Complete preparation and finishing work to a high standard
- Ensure quality and consistency throughout the repair process
- Maintain good attention to detail on every vehicle
- Work efficiently to meet required repair timescales
- Follow appropriate workshop and safety procedures
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician
- Proven experience within an automotive Bodyshop environment
- Strong vehicle refinishing and preparation skills
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Good team-working skills
