The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing prestige vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards while delivering outstanding quality and first-time fixes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
- Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
- Performing road tests where required
- Maintaining accurate workshop documentation and job records
- Working closely with the Service Team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology and manufacturer training
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to manufacturer standards
About You
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience within a franchised dealership or prestige workshop
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge
- EV / Hybrid qualifications advantageous but not essential
- MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- A professional attitude and pride in delivering exceptional workmanship
