VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Location: Maidstone
Basic Salary: £32,500 - £37,000 (Depending on Qualifications & Experience)
OTE: Up to £43,000
Hours: 40 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer vehicles to manufacturer standards whilst delivering first-class customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic technology
- Completing servicing and routine maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out authorised repairs efficiently and accurately
- Completing warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Road testing vehicles to ensure repairs have been successfully completed
- Completing all job cards and workshop documentation accurately
- Working closely with the Service Department to deliver an exceptional customer experience
About You
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Service Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality workmanship
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience within a dealership environment beneficial but not essential
