THE ROLE

As a Master Technician, you'll provide a high level of technical expertise within the workshop, supporting both the Service team and fellow Technicians.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Workshop and Service teams with complex technical issues
  • Diagnosing highly complex mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
  • Carrying out complex repairs and advanced diagnostic work
  • Providing technical support and guidance to other Technicians when required
  • Helping the workshop maintain high levels of efficiency and quality
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to the required manufacturer standards
  • Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Sharing technical knowledge and supporting the development of colleagues

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for an experienced technician who can demonstrate:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician or Master Technician
  • Strong experience diagnosing complex vehicle faults
  • Excellent mechanical, electrical and diagnostic knowledge
  • Experience within a franchised dealership or large independent workshop
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Full UK Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
  • Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
