The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards whilst delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing vehicle health checks
- Using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment
- Completing warranty work in line with manufacturer standards
- Road testing vehicles where required
- Maintaining accurate workshop documentation
- Working efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality standards
About You
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Service Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Passion for delivering high-quality workmanship
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Main dealer experience beneficial but not essential
