Salary: £40,000+ DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

Location: Harlow, Essex

Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and priming.
  • Mix and apply water-based paints to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Conduct spray painting and final polishing.
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure all work is defect‑free.
  • Carry out panel repairs in line with manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform strip and refit tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Work effectively within a fast-paced accident repair environment.
  • Ensure all work meets company, manufacturer, and customer standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • IMI Level 3 or ATA accreditation – essential.
  • Proven experience across Paint, Panel, and Strip & Fit.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and processes.
  • Experience working with water-based paints.
  • Previous experience within a busy Bodyshop environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Full UK driving licence – preferred.
