A new role has opened for an experienced Diagnostic Technician looking for the next step to improve their diagnostic abilities and progress. We're working with a busy, well-established workshop in North Birmingham looking for a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join their team. You'll be trusted with complex faults, advanced diagnostics, and supporting the wider workshop when things get tricky.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out advanced diagnostics on electrical & mechanical faults
- Using manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment
- Identifying and resolving complex, intermittent issues
- Supporting other technicians with fault finding and repairs
- Completing servicing, maintenance & repair work when required
- Working on engines, gearboxes & major components
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician
- Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Confident working with modern vehicle systems & electronics
- Full UK Driving Licence
