The Role

As a Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician, you'll be responsible for completing high-quality vehicle body repairs from start to finish, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer specifications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out high-quality body repairs from start to finish.
  • Repair warranty, transit-damaged and used vehicles using manufacturer-approved repair methods.
  • Complete panel repairs, preparation and refinishing where required.
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and bodyshop quality standards.
  • Work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced accident repair centre.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • Work closely with the wider bodyshop team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician or in a similar role within a busy accident repair centre.
  • A recognised apprenticeship with an NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
  • The ability to carry out high-quality body repairs from start to finish.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail with pride in producing exceptional workmanship.
  • A stable employment history and a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential.
