Overview

We are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to facilitate and oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing their team to deliver quality repairs, on time, every time.

Responsibilities

  • Ultimately responsible for all activities at the repair centre through effective control of line managers and supervisory colleagues, paying attention to profits in line with the business plan.
  • Engage with key members of the team to agree output targets and provide feedback on the previous day's performance.
  • Engage all team members for managerial, supervisory and customer‑facing positions; review performance and objectives of staff and develop a training plan.
  • Personally monitor customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved quickly and fairly.
  • Ensure that all housekeeping and health and safety regulations/policies are adhered to by all members of the team.
  • Prepare accurate data and statistics in line with weekly and monthly reporting requirements and contribute to regional meetings to help identify and promote new business opportunities.
