The Role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced supervisor for an exciting new opportunity based in the Midlands area, where you'd be field based supporting our operations across multiple sites when required. The successful candidate will join our established team and will be responsible for ensuring that business operations are running effectively and as expected by our customer, whilst meeting and supporting company objectives.
The supervisor in this role will provide first point of contact for customer requests, manage the performance of the direct reporting team to ensure industry leading levels of service delivery whilst ensuring excellent customer relations and communication.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following SQDCM measures:
- Safety: Perform Risk Assessments, escalate concerns. Monitor Manual Handling. COSHH awareness and control measures Workplace Health and Safety Inspection Checks
- Quality: Create and version control well defined work element sheets (Work Instructions). Train the Deputy Supervisor
