What You’ll Be Doing

As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying both client requirements and the design of the solution for those requirements. After designing the solution, you will oversee and support the build of this solution. Ensuring quality delivery, you will work on multiple projects across various teams within a matrix environment. This role would suit someone who has a strong and working understanding of CASS/Safeguarding, from a control or management of operations background.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading customer workshops to gather requirements in financial services projects.
  • Experience overseeing defect triage, contributing to test plans, and aligning them with solution design.
  • Skilled in creating documentation for business and technical.
  • Strong understanding of change control and managing scope changes.
  • Good knowledge of software development and implementation phases.
  • Expertise in process redesign for efficient outcomes.
  • Ability to produce clear, detailed solution requirements.
  • Able to lead large workshops both in-person and remotely.
