As a Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind shaping product vision, defining strategy, and delivering solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. You'll champion data driven decision making, lead product planning and execution, and work closely with engineering, design, and cross functional teams to build products that are scalable, reliable, and impactful.

Requirements

  • Experience working within financial services, especially in banking, investment management, or insurance.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of relevant regulatory reporting, compliance frameworks, and operational controls.
  • Experience of reconciliation processes, financial data flows, and operational risk management.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows and data requirements into clear product requirements and collaborate with Engineering teams during their design, development, testing and operational application.
  • Ability to engage with prospects and clients, gathering insights, and converting them into actionable requirements.
  • Someone comfortable operating cross functionally across all points of the customer lifecycle to provide support and advice to colleagues and customers.

Desirables

  • Experience working in a FCA regulated firm.
  • Experience as working as a Product Manager in a B2B context.
